ACE (Online) Coach provides coaching, mentoring and online resources for coaches, players and parents. It is founded by Performance Coach and International Speaker, Emma Doyle. Transition Coach 4 Athletes is a global coaching, mentoring and US College placement service founded by former professional WTA player and US College coach Tina Samara. Together they work with Dream-Seekers to unleash human potential through maximising their performance in sport and life.

About Emma Doyle

Emma Doyle is a Performance Coach and international speaker helping you turn your motivation into activation. She has been coaching for 30 years and through her keynote speaking, mentoring, coaching, and consultancy she inspires, improves, and impacts players, coaches, teams, and corporates within her Global triangle between Melbourne, Australia, Denver, Colorado and Glasgow, Scotland.

She is a Tennis Australia High-Performance Coach with a strong background as a tennis touring professional, a talent development coach and she has represented her native Country as the Australian coach on 20 occasions winning four Asia Oceania world team titles (2018 - Junior Fed Cup Captain). She provides practical coaching tools for heightened self-awareness in how to use your language and strengthen your inner voice. She specialises in helping people to develop a high performing mindset, enhance confidence, and how to access emotional intelligence for authentic relationships.     

Emma is passionately involved in creating gender equity in all sports and the workplace by educating coaches and empowering females; aiming to stretch their comfort zone, build their confidence and discover their inner coach. The best way to describe Emma is to watch her TEDx talk called ‘Unleashing Female Potential’.

About Tina Samara

Tina Samara is a Transition Coach helping athletes globally navigate the often challenging world of college sports. She played professional tennis and represented Norway in the Federation Cup from 1996 - 1998. On the WTA tour, she reached a career-high ranking of 223 in doubles and played in the US Open Singles in 1994 and 1995. During her college playing days, she won three NCAA National Team Championships and was the #1 ranked NCAA doubles team for the University of Georgia in 1995. In addition, Tina also competed as a semi-pro golfer for three years winning the New York State public links event in 2003. Therefore, Tina understands what is required to compete on a world stage. 

Following her sporting achievements, Tina went on to coach Division 1 women's college tennis for 11 years and was known for her practical, empathic and direct approach to the holistic development of both the person and the athlete. Tina privately coaches and mentors many teenage athletes to help them transition from high school into college by pursuing their sporting goals and dreams. She is the owner and founder of Transition Coach 4 Athletes and for the past two years, she has helped many athletes globally, from all sports, find US College Scholarships.  TC4A helps student-athletes navigate the often challenging world of balancing study and maximizing sports performance in order to achieve their goals and dreams in life.
